Active Server Pages (ASP)
Active Server Pages is a server-side technology for dynamically-generated web pages from Microsoft. The technology allows developers to combine HTML pages, script commands, and COM components to create interactive Web pages and that are easy to develop and modify. Web applications can also be developed using ASP. ASP pages are written with a Active Scripting engine such as VBScript. There are many ASP programs already written. Some are plug and play while some are useful for programmers building more powerful applications. Some ASP scripts can be found here, here and here.
