The site offers tools for entrepreneurial and professional women to search for jobs, start a company, conduct business and support human resources and marketing needs. The website also provides access to content from Working Woman and Working Mother magazines

Sweet16.com is a new teen-oriented website. Britney Spears is a major shareholder in the company and also has a participatory role in helping to shape Sweet16.com content. Sweet16.com is an intermedia approach, which includes a magazine, radio show, television show, wireless applications, retail merchandise and special events.
