YouTube Adds Slomo Video Effects Tool

YouTube has announced the addition of a slomo tool to YouTube. The tool can be found on the YouTube Editor.

YouTube says by using this new tool you will get a "smooth, slomo video that makes it look like it was filmed with a high-speed camera." They provided this example of a Times Square video slowed down to 1/8 speed.
