Google Launches Hummingbird Algorithm and Celebrates 15th Birthday

Google celebrated its 15th birthday today with an interactive pinata doodle. CNET says Google is celebrating 15 years of its biggest product, which is you.

Google also announced an overhaul of its main search algorithm. The new algorithm is caleld Hummingbird and it is supposed to provide an improvement in conversational search and a better understanding of the meaning of the search words you use.
